Refund & Return
At Authayn, we are committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of every product we create. Due to the nature of consumable health products, we have implemented a clear and transparent return policy to ensure fairness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
1. Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests only for:
- Unopened, sealed products returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Incorrect items sent due to fulfilment errors.
- Damaged or defective goods (please see below for details).
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, consumable items (such as protein powders, BCAA, Creatine, pre-workout powders) are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened.
To initiate a refund, please fill the form with your order number, product details, and reason for your request. Always retain original packaging for return eligibility.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or compromised:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if eligible. Damaged or defective refers to items broken in transit or with manufacturing defects; normal wear, minor cosmetic issues, or opened consumables do not qualify.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products returned after 14 days of delivery.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or bundles (unless damaged).
- Digital products or downloads (if applicable).
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product). Risk of loss or damage during return shipping remains with the customer until the product is received by Authayn Pte Ltd.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns; Authayn Pte Ltd is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Replacement products will only be offered if the item delivered was incorrect, damaged, or defective, subject to availability.
6. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
Refunds are limited to the product purchase price and do not include any incidental or consequential damages.
7. Law Applicability
Local consumer protection laws may apply to all customers. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the regulations in their jurisdiction.
8. Policy Updates
Authayn Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
